Trouble Rooting my Galaxy Ace II 7560M (also known as the Galaxy Ace IIx)

I'm using the Galaxy Ace II 7560M, also using adb to boot into recovery mode. Every time I attempt to apply update from SD It gives me the Verification failed line. I bought this phone second hand if that helps, and I can't get it to Root. Also, if anybody know can I flash CarbonROM on to this phone?
