[Q] Unlock Sprint HTC ONE M8 HK (Domestic Carriers)

Hello,

I have been trying to unlock my HTC M8 HK for use with ATT or TMO, however i have tried changing the config.dat file, using OMAND sim lock methode, installed ViperOneM8 custom rom with no sucess.

I have donde both methods using lollipop, and 4.4.2 with no sucess, only with international carriers but no domestic.
If anyone has had any sucess please, help would be appreciated.
